This section provides the services required by different parts of the complex using the light and heavy machinery of the complex and the contractor to further the objectives of the complex, as follows:

1. Drilling and dredging of mining effluents (wells, ponds and canals)
2. Leveling and preparation of solar evaporating pools for dewatering
3. Collection, transportation and storage of solar evaporating pools
4. Construction, leveling and maintenance of access roads
5. Loading and transporting factory products
6. Transfer and maintenance of personnel
